摘要: 为了满足强实时性分布式运动控制系统中多处理器高速互连的要求,设计了一种使用光纤作为通信介质的高速串行链路(HSSL)通信解决方案,详细描述了HSSL的物理层结构、传输层和应用层协议以及FPGA编程实现的方法。该通信方案已经在步进扫描光刻机研制项目中得到成功应用,实践证明其具有可靠性高、协议开销小、抗电磁干扰能力强、编程容易等优点。

Abstract: A kind of high speed serial link (HSSL) communication technology using optical fiber as communication media is designed to meet the demand of high speed interconnection between multiprocessors in hard real-time distributed motion control systems. The structure of HSSL physical layer, the protocol of data transfer layer and application layer and the FPGA programming method are described in detail. The communication technology has been successfully used in the project of development on the step and scan optic lithography. Practice proves that it has many advantages such as high reliability, very small protocol overhead, strong immunity for electromagnetic interference, easy to programming and so on.
