Abstract: After analyzs the key elements in social agents, sets up negotiation model among social agents based on argument, and sets up relative decision funciton; then based on the hypothesis of relative datum, analyzes the validation of the model and decision function through relative calculations with an nagetiation example of social agents in multi-agent society, and makes a simulation of its argument dialogue about this example based on defining the locutions of relative negotiation.
