基于OCL优化企业人力资源信息本体模型

摘要: 企业实施管理信息化是企业核心竞争能力的主要组成部分,也是企业实现可持续发展的重要保证。人是企业中最重要的资源,对于企业人力资源信息模型的研究具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。本文在对企业人力资源信息进行本体论建模的基础上引入OCL约束,一方面消除了单纯使用本体描述语言时存在的不足,弥补了本体论建模时可能存在的属性不一致或是不相容的现象,而且通过扩充OCL约束集,采用一阶二元谓词的描述转换,实现了对企业人力资源领域状态的动态转移的描述,最终形成了对企业人力资源信息的静态和动态的形式化描述。

Abstract: The implement of informational management is the main part of achieving the goal of enhancing the core competition of an enterprise, and is also an important guarantee to support the enterprise to achieve the goal of continual development. Human is the most important resources according to an enterprise, there is not only theoretic significance but also applied values to work over the modeling of human resource information system. Based on the ontology model, we also introduce the OCL restriction. For one thing, it can eliminate the semantic conflict which was brought by different culture background and organizational diversity; on the other hand, it can form the static and the dynamic descriptions for the human resource information of enterprise.
