摘要: 为了解决气象服务领域隐含知识难以发现、概念处理不够准确的问题,在形式概念分析理论指导下,给出气象服务领域知识发现和表示模型。以互联网联盟(W3C)OWL2描述逻辑本体知识库应用为背景,提出使用一阶谓词定义多值背景属性,利用布尔代数范式表达概念外延的逻辑等价关系,从而获得具有清晰层次关系的概念格,并映射为领域本体,实现了智能代理下领域知识表达。最后以公路交通气象服务和电力气象服务为例,阐述气象服务形式概念分析及实现过程。

Abstract: In order to solve the meteorological services knowledge discovery implicitly and concept processing inaccurately, this paper gives the formal concept analysis model of meteorological services knowledge discovery and presentation based on formal concept analysis. With the W3C OWL2 description logic, it proposes to use first-order logic to define many-valued context  attributes, Boolean algebra to express the logical equivalence relation of concept extension, obtains a clear hierarchy concept lattice, maps to ontology, and achieves the expression of intelligent agents under the domain knowledge. In the end, with the examples of highway-traffic meteorological services and power meteorological services, it elaborates the analysis of meteorological service implementation process.
