摘要: 动态轮廓模型是提取图像中物体轮廓的一种有效方法。本文首先对FeAl/ZrO2陶瓷基复合材料的压痕图像进行了自适应阀值分割,然后利用带向心力的动态轮廓模型对其进行了轮廓提取,得到了压痕的对角线长度,进而计算出材料的硬度。该方法可以对显微组织维氏硬度试验压痕准确地提取,并自动计算维氏硬度,从而实现了维氏显微硬度测量的高效率与自动化。

Abstract: Active contour model is an efficient method for contour detection of objects on an image. We segment the impress image of FeAl/ ZrO2 composite with adaptive threshold at first , then capture the contour using active contour model with centripetal force, and get the diagonal of the impress image. At last calculate the hardness of the material. Using this method , we can get the contour of the impress and analyzed the Vickers hardness automatically. Thus we achieve the measurement of the Vickers hardness with great efficiency and automatization.
