摘要: 论文在对各种模式进行统计分析的基础上,针对SKIP 模式,提出了一种将SKIP 模式与inter16×16 模式的率失真代价进行比较的快速判决算法;针对inter8×8 模式,提出了一种基于纹理预测的快速选择算法;针对intra4×4 模式,提出了一种简化算法。最后实验结果显示,相对于JM8.6 参考软件,PSNR平均下降0.05 dB左右,而编码时间平均下降38%。

Abstract: This paper is based on the statistic for the appearance probability of all the modes in the whole sequence.Then for
skip mode,a fast decision algorithm is proposed,which is to compare the RD cost of skip and inter16×16 modes.For inter8×8,a fast selection algorithm based on texture prediction is prsented.For intra4×4,a simple algorithm is proposed.Finally,the result data show that the time is reduced by 38% on average while PSNR just reduces nearly 0.05 dB compared with JM8.6.
