Abstract: According to the shortcomings of the existing portal in portlet-integration，visit-model and remote-invocation，based on the WSRP framework，this paper designs and develops an open information portal WJPortal up to JSR168 standard.The WJPortal is implemented by remote portlet agent，portal container and WSRP stub technology.Through development of the three most important components named client，Interface and provider offers a more unified，convenient，open and flexible framework for enterprise information portal.Finally，this paper has developed a water resource portal based-on WSRP.The results indicate that WJPortal improves the water integration capabilities in business portlets.
