Abstract: Use the center of the Kernel Fuzzy C-Mean（KFCM） as the center of the new method，and use a difference control function to modify the membership of the spatial information FCM（SFCM）.The new membership gives different measurements to the edge areas，smaller areas，noise with the inside areas.The results show that the proposed algorithm can provide a more better result than FCM algorithm and SFCM algorithm，and the proposed method has much fewer iterations.
