摘要: 研究了计算机网络中的流控制和资源分配问题。定义了一种新的效用函数α比例公平性,它是效用函数比例公平性的一般性扩展,并且可以无限地逼近效用函数最大最小公平性。设计了一种达到这个公平性标准的分布式流控制算法。

Abstract: This paper is concerned with flow control and resource allocation problems in computer networks.The definition of utility α proportional fairness generalizes utility proportional fairness and includes arbitrarily close approximations of utility max-min fairness.This paper developed a new distributed flow control algorithm to achieve utility α proportional fairness in a given network.
