摘要: 为了快速、准确地对制造企业生产运营过程进行绩效分析和优化,提出一种基于状况模型的过程层次分析方法。状况模型从过程内部机制来描述生产运营过程的绩效及其影响因素。利用本体形式状况模型的过程知识,生成过程绩效影响关系图来表达过程中各活动组成要素间的绩效影响关系。将过程绩效影响关系图转化为递阶层次结构,利用层次分析法找到绩效影响权重大的关键状况属性。进而通过状况属性的权重-状况差距矩阵,找到影响过程绩效的关键点。由状况模型自动生成递阶层次结构,比人工生成更简便、客观、准确。给出的实例表明了该方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract: To analyze and optimize manufacturing operation process quickly and accurately,a process hierarchy analysis method based on the status mode is proposed.The status model described the performances of processes and their influencing factors with internal mechanism.Using process knowledge of the status model expressed in the form of ontology,process performance influence relation graph is generated to express performance influence relation among elements of activities in a process.Performance influence relation graph is transformed into hierarchical structure.Applying the method of analytic hierarchy process,key status attributes that had great impact weight are found out.With the impact-weight status-gap matrix of status attribute,key points are found out that had great impact on process performance.Automatic generation of hierarchical structure from status model is simpler,more objective and more accurate than artificial generation.Feasibility and practicability of the proposed method are verified by an instance.
