扩展粗糙集在肾功能不全诊断中的应用

摘要: 针对肾功能不全诊断的决策判断问题,提出了一种扩展粗糙集方法。该方法在可变精度粗糙集模型中把规则的置信度阈值当作可变精度参数值,把基于优势关系的粗糙集模型和基于可变精度粗糙集模型结合起来。首先,将准则离散化,再根据设定的规则置信度阈值和支持数阈值,利用提出的规则挖掘算法,对决策表进行处理,最后挖掘得到肾功能不全诊断规则。该方法的可行性通过一个简单肾功能不全诊断实例得到了论证。

Abstract: An extended rough set method is proposed with respect to decision problem of renal insufficiency diagnosis.This method combines dominance relation based rough set model with Variable Precision Rough Set(VPRS) model while confidence threshold of rule is regarded as the value of variable precision parameter.Firstly,criteria is discretized.Then,decision table is processed according to confidence threshold and support number threshold of rule by using the suggested algorithm.Finally,renal insufficiency diagnosis rules are mined.Feasibility of the method is demonstrated by a simple renal insufficiency diagnosis example.
