基因编辑差分算法在多燃料经济调度中的应用

摘要: 计及阀点效应的多燃料经济调度是电力系统运行控制中典型的高维、非凸、非线性及不可微的优化问题。针对现有技术在解决该问题时容易陷入局部最优值,收敛精度不高和计算效率较低等缺陷,提出一种基因编辑差分算法。该算法在标准差分算法的基础上,通过融入基因编辑操作提高标准差分算法在解决该问题时的计算效率与求解精度。并将该算法分别应用于10机组和40机组的多燃料电力系统的算例进行仿真分析。此外,将仿真结果与多种算法优化结果进行对比,结果表明所提标准差分算法通过融合基因编辑操作不仅能大幅度降低搜索空间,而且有效缓解了算法的过早熟现象,同时能在相对合理的计算时间内取得更优的解。

Abstract: Multi-fuel economic scheduling with valve point effect is a typical high-dimensional, non-convex, non-linear and non-differentiable optimization problem in power system operation control. In order to solve the problem, the existing technique is easy to fall into the local optimal value, the convergence precision is not high and the computational efficiency is low. Based on the standard difference algorithm, the algorithm improves the computational efficiency and the precision of the standard differential algorithm by solving the problem of gene editing. And the algorithm is applied to the simulation and analysis of the multi-fuel power system of 10 units and 40 units respectively. In addition, comparing the simulation results with the optimization results of a variety of algorithms, the results show that the proposed standard differential algorithm not only can greatly reduce the search space through the fusion gene editing operation, but also effectively alleviate the premature phenomenon of the algorithm, calculate better time in the calculation time.
