摘要: 针对空调压缩机电机生产过程中定子浸漆工序,设计了基于视觉引导的浸漆炉上料系统。介绍了浸漆炉上料系统的整体机械装置与电气控制系统,基于机器视觉和机器人视觉引导实现浸漆炉自动上料的工作原理,分析了其中的关键技术,提出了相应的图像目标识别与定位检测算法,并在实际系统中验证了机械电气方案及视觉算法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: For the impregnation craft of air condition compressor motor stator during production process, a feeding system is designed based on visual guide technology. This paper introduces the whole machinery and electrical control system of the feeding system, the working principle of automatic feeding system based on machine vision and robot visual guide, and the key technologies are analyzed. Moreover, corresponding algorithms of image target recognition and location detection are proposed. The mechanical and electrical scheme are verified in real application, the test results show the effectiveness and practicability of the system.
