摘要: 液压集成阀块管路优化属于带约束组合优化问题,为解决现有蚁群协同进化算法存在的收敛速度慢和寻优路径震荡的问题,结合液压集成阀块的结构特点提出一种基于改进协同进化算法的液压集成阀块布局的多孔道布孔方法。首先在解决管路协同布置的基础上对现有多蚁群协同进化算法的信息素更新公式和启发信息规则中启发信息取值策略进行调整,然后通过实例仿真验证该算法的可行性,并且由结果可知改进前后适应值变化速率可提高。对比调整前在液压集成阀块管路优化方面中能够得到较满意的结果。

Abstract: Multi-hole routing is a typical constrained combinational problem. Aimed at the problem of limitations of poor convergence and path shock, a method is proposed based on an improved cooperative co-evolution algorithm and the structure feature of hydraulic manifold blocks, according to the structure of hydraulic manifold block, an improved cooperative coevolution for optimization of holes routing is proposed. Firstly, the transfer strategy and rules of heuristic information are ameliorated to improve the process efficiency and the overall performance based on the premise of solving the problem of multi-hole connection. Then, the feasibility is testified through the simulation. Finally, the adaptive value is improved and compared with current results of inner holes routing of hydraulic manifold blocks, more satisfied results are obtained.
