摘要: 供应链生产、分销环节的协同合作是高效供应链系统运营的重要保证。针对供应链产销环节中制造商和分销商的稳定合作伙伴选择问题,提出了基于历史交易信息的满意度评价方法,并在此基础上构建了基于稳定双边匹配的合作伙伴选择模型。通过满意度评价确定序值信息,引入稳定匹配约束,构建了整体满意度最大化的单目标0-1整数规划模型。算例仿真表明,稳定性和公平性能给供应链产销合作带来高效益和更具现实意义的结果。

Abstract: The coordination between production and distribution of the supply chain is an important guarantee for efficient operations on the supply chain system. In terms of the problem of selecting stable cooperative partners between manufacturers and distributions, this paper proposes an evaluation method to measure the degree of satisfaction, based on the historical transaction information. On this basis, a partnership selecting model is built, which is based on a stable bilateral matching theory. According to the degree of satisfaction, sable and matched limitations are introduced and a single objective 0-1 integer programming model is constructed to maximize the overall satisfaction. The simulation outcome indicates that the stability and fairness can bring high benefit and more realistic results to the supply chain distribution.
