摘要: 图像拼接是最常见的图像篡改和伪造手段之一。提出了一种基于离散余弦变换(Discrete Cosine Transform,DCT)域中韦伯局部特征(Weber Local Descriptor,WLD)的图像拼接检测算法。算法对待测图像进行离散余弦变换,得到DCT系数矩阵,进而提取WLD特征,以刻画图像的频率分布特性。采用支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)作为分类器,建立预测模型,从而判定图像是否经过拼接。实验采用标准的图像拼接数据库对所提算法进行了评估。实验结果表明:与经典拼接检测算法相比,该算法具有更好的检测性能。

Abstract: Image splicing is one of the most popular ways to tamper image. This paper proposes an image splicing detection algorithm based on Weber Local Descriptors(WLD) in the domain of Discrete Cosine Transform(DCT). It calculates the coefficient array by performing DCT to the detected image, and extracts WLD features to characterize the frequency distribution of the image. Support Vector Machine(SVM) is employed as the classifier to construct a prediction model and judge whether the detected image is spliced. It evaluates the proposed algorithm with standard image splicing database. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method outperforms classical image splicing detection algorithms.
