摘要: 由于煤炭物资的特殊性,供应商所提供物资的质量,供货的及时性等诸多因素都关系到煤矿企业的安全生产问题,因此,物资供应商的选择对煤炭企业的安全生产极其重要。在现有供应商评价指标体系的基础上,应用云理论修正了部分指标的权重,摒弃了以往研究的硬划分,引进了云模型对评价等级概念进行了软划分,利用云理论的正向云发生器,逆向云发生器,X条件云发生器建立了物资供应商的云评价模型,进行了实例评价,验证了模型的有效性,挖掘出了更多有价值的信息,为煤炭企业合理、科学地选择供应商提供可靠的决策依据。

Abstract: Because of the special characteristics of goods and materials to coal enterprise, supplying goods quality of suppliers, speed of delivery, service quality and so on are essential to work safety. So, scientific and reasonable choice of suppliers is imperative for coal enterprise. On the basis of evaluation index system, which is developed in other paper, some index weights are re-determined by the uncertainty reasoning method:the cloud theory. Soft classification is used to determine evaluation grade of suppliers in this paper, not adopting traditional hard classification. A new cloud evaluation model is developed by normal cloud generator and backward cloud generator. A case study is demonstrated to check the validness of the proposed model, which presents useful information.
