一种层次型迁移工作流容错执行框架

摘要: 迁移工作流是一种基于移动agent的工作流管理技术,可靠性是其不容忽视的关键问题。目前已有的研究工作大多仅针对某一方面的特定问题,缺乏系统级模型支持。提出一种层次型容错执行框架,并实现了其中的通信容错、执行容错以及多迁移实例状态容错,初步的实验表明,该容错执行框架机制能够有效解决迁移实例在通信、执行和一致性状态等方面的容错,大大降低迁移实例夭折造成的工作流执行失败。

Abstract: Migrating workflow is a mobile agent-based workflow management technology and reliability is a key problem.However,existing research mostly aims to specific problem without a systematic and uniform resolution.Hence a hierarchical fault-tolerant execution framework of migrating workflow is presented in this paper.Some fault-tolerant schemes as communication scheme,execution scheme and status monitor and recovery scheme are implemented.The elementary experiments show that the schemes can provide reliable communication,execution and maintain consistent status even when fault occurs.Hence the block of workflow due to the fault of migrating instance is reduced dramatically.
