Abstract: In this paper，a representation method for battlefield information based on ontology is proposed，which is different from existing information description methods and emphasizes particularly on the description of the battlefield information’s content and semantics，especially battlefield event，entity and relation.This method can not only describe the battlefield information integrative，but also improve the intelligibility and maneuverability of information，which is important for information mining based on requirement semantic as well as for information quality evaluation.
