摘要: 提出了一种自动划格方法用于定位cDNA微阵列图像中的样点,这种方法对于解决大量微阵列图像数据处理优势明显。结合局部阈值和对数阈值的处理方法对图像进行样点提取,为信息提取提供更高的精度。将自动划格方法用于定位微阵列图像,有效地避免了人工参与带来的干扰,提高了微阵列图像处理速度。

Abstract: In this paper,the method of addressing spots in cDNA microarray images using automatic gridding technique is presented.It is of great benefit on a high throughput analysis.Logically combining local and global thresholds can give more accurate result for spot extraction.Automatic gridding used in microarray images effectively avoid the error brought by people such as fingerprints and impove the speed of processing microarray images.
