摘要: 在对航班进港过程分析和辨识的基础上,将本质属于离散事件动态系统的设计问题转化为便于使用控制理论分析设计的系统。该系统参数具有较大不确定性的特点,采用鲁棒控制理论进行了系统分析和设计,适当选取设计参数,同时保证了系统的鲁棒稳定性和鲁棒性能。仿真结果表明系统设计达到了空中交通管制的要求,为控制理论进一步应用于空中交通管制的研究提出了新途径。

Abstract: On the basis of analysis and discrimination of the process of aircrafts’ arrivals which is DEDS essentially,it is translated into the generic system which can be analyzed and designed by control theory.The system takes on lots of uncertain characteristics,accordingly,uses the robust control theory to handle the problem,and then designs a proper controller to ensure the robust stability and performance.The emulation argues that the design of system satisfies the request of ATC,which brings forward a new idea to apply the control theory to the automation of ATC in the process of aircrafts’ arrivals.
