摘要: 基于优化理论和对偶模型,研究了Vegas和Reno共存时的公平性问题,并对Vegas的控制算法进行改进。仿真实验结果表明,采用改进算法合理地设置Vegas的参数,在保持较高的利用率和极低的丢包率的同时,明显地改善了Vegas和Reno之间竞争的公平性。

Abstract: The fairness between Vegas and Reno is considered in this paper based on optimization theory and a duality model,and the control algorithm to Vegas is developed.Simulation results indicate that the fairness between Vegas and Reno is improved obviously when suitable parameters of Vegas are set by using the proposed algorithm;meanwhile,the model can also maintain high link utilization and terribly low packet loss rate.
