基于VFW的滚动按捺指纹拼接系统的设计

摘要: 提出了一个基于VFW的滚动按捺指纹拼接系统的实现方案,通过自适应背景减除法实现了手指按下及抬起的自动检测,改进的序贯相似性检测法(SSDA)实现了指纹图像的配准。试验结果表明所述指纹采集方法优于平面按捺采集,对外界光照的变化、图像噪声具有很好的鲁棒性,在实验室的指纹建库中得到了很好的应用,有一定的实用价值。

Abstract: This paper presents a design strategy of fingerprint image mosaicking system by rolling based on VFW.The state of finger’s pressing or rising can be automatically tested through substracting adaptive background.The image can be registered with the improved sequential similarity detection algorithm.The experimental results show that this method is better than the one of plain touch and robust for the lighting alteration and image noise.The system is practical and also performs well,which has already been used for fingerprint library construction in our laboratory.
