摘要: 铁路客运售票服务的智能化管理是提高运营效率、服务水平、减少主观因素出错率的最大保障。针对铁路运输特点,建立了售票服务系统、调度协调系统及全程管理系统等三大功能模块;采用C/S结构技术,实现了铁路客运售票“无站票” 半智能化的管理。实例表明:该系统能较好地提高运营效率、服务水平,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: It is maximum ensure to improve operating efficiency,service level and reduce error rate of subjective factors for intelligent management of ticking system about railway passenger.According to the characteristics of rail transport,three major functional modules that ticketing service system,scheduling coordination system and throughout management system module are established.Using C/S structure,a railway passenger ticking system,“no standing tickets” is realized.Results show the preferable applied prospect.
