Abstract: Interval two-tuple linguistic value is used to express the decision making information under uncertain environment. Considering the interaction among decision making information, this paper proposes the concepts of interval 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni avering（I2TLBA） operator, interval 2-tuple linguistic weight Bonferroni averaging（I2TLWBA） operator and combined interval 2-tuple linguistic weight Bonferroni averaging（C-I2TLWBA） operator and also studies some properties of these aggregation operators, such as idempotency, monotonicity etc. According to decision-making with the decision information being 2-tuple linguistic information, the corresponding approach and steps based on C-I2TLWBA operator are given. The effectiveness of the model is shown by a numerical example.
