摘要: 针对耦合任务集中因资源分配不合理而造成资源利用不充分的问题,引入定性与定量相结合的指标权重确定方法——层次分析法(AHP),建立关于资源分配的层次结构模型,构造资源分配矩阵,并通过分析任务间的耦合对资源分配矩阵中权重比的影响得出解决权重比不一致的方法,从而确定各资源的权重分配系数,使得各任务得到较为合理的资源配置。以某机械产品的开发过程为例,说明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of insufficient resource utilization caused by the unreasonable resource allocation in the coupled task set, a hierarchical structure model of resource allocation is established and the resource allocation matrix is built by introducing AHP that is a method combined qualitative with quantitative for determining the weight of indicators. A method to solve the inconsistent weight ratio is obtained by analyzing the influence of the coupled task on the weight ratio. And then the weight distribution coefficient of each resource is determined, thus making each task get a more reasonable allocation configuration. The feasibility of the method is illustrated by an example of a mechanical product development project.
