电梯无线召唤通信系统设计与实现

摘要: 针对传统电梯厅召唤通信系统布线复杂、调试、维护不便等问题,设计一个以Si4460芯片为核心的射频电梯无线厅召唤通信系统。该系统以M0516为主控芯片,结合Si4460为核心的射频模块,搭建433 MHz频率的无线通信网络,实现厅层终端节点与电梯主控制器之间信息的无线传输。在该系统中,厅层终端与协调器以433 MHz无线收发数据,而协调器节点与电梯主控器通过RS485接口通信。从整体设计方案、硬件设计、软件设计和性能测试4个方面对系统进行阐述,实验结果证明,该系统已实现电梯厅召唤的基本功能,在电梯不同运行状态下都能达到良好的信号传输性能,不受电梯井道电磁干扰环境的影响。

Abstract: Regarding the problems such as the complicated arrangement of wires and inconvenience of commissioning and maintenance of the traditional hall call communication system of the elevator, a wireless radio frequency hall call communication system is designed based on a Si4460 chip. With M0516 as the main control chip, in combination with a Si4460-centered RF module and accompanied by a 433 MHz wireless communications network, the system can allow the wireless transmission of information between the hall terminal node and the master controller of the elevator. In the system, the terminal and coordinator at the hall realize the wireless transmit-receiving of data based on a frequency of 433 MHz, and the coordinator node and the master controller of the elevator achieve the communication through a RS485 interface. This article introduces the system from four aspects, which are the overall design scheme, hardware design, software design and performance test. The test results show that the system has realized the basic hall call functions and can achieve a good performance for the signal transmission of the elevator in different running conditions, and is not influenced by the electromagnetic interference environment in the hoistway of the elevator.
