摘要: 为了提高印刷机自动检测网点覆盖率的能力并降低人工测量强度和成本,提出一种基于顶帽变换的印刷网点覆盖率计算方法,主要研究内容包括:网点图像的采集及前处理技术;基于顶帽变换的阈值分割研究;网点去光照计算等内容。通过对比实验分析验证了提出方法的正确性和可行性,相对于一般图像计算网点覆盖率方法而言,该方法对于光照不均匀、网点的亮调及暗调等情况有着很好的计算能力,具备良好的工程应用前景。

Abstract: A method is given to improve the automatic detect ability of printing machine and reduce measuring cost by calculating the coverage rate of printing dot. The content includes the acquisition and pre-processing technology of dot image, threshold segmentation based on the top-hat transform and eliminating the illumination effect. The correctness and feasibility of the proposed method is verified through experiments. The method has a good calculation capability for an uneven illumination or a smaller coverage rate, and has a good prospect for engineering applications.
