摘要: 乳品配送中心的合理选址是实现低成本、高效率、高质量乳品配送的有力保障,对于提高乳业物流系统综合效益,优化资源配置,带动相关产业发展具有重要意义。重点构建了基于两级配送的乳品配送中心选址模型,目标函数除包含系统总配送成本外,特别针对易腐乳品时效性强的特点,将货损成本列入其中做重点考虑;通过算法比较,选择遗传算法求解模型,使用C语言编程得以实现,并以蒙牛乳业北京地区的配送中心选址问题作为调研对象进行算例分析,验证了模型及算法的有效性。该研究对于乳品企业配送中心选址和配送网络优化提供了重要理论基础和实践思路。

Abstract: The reasonable location of the dairy products distribution center can guarantee low cost, high efficient and good quality dairy distribution, and it also has important meaning to improve the dairy logistics integrated effectiveness, optimize resources allocation and promote the related industries. This paper mainly sets up the location selection models about perishable dairy products distribution center based on two-stage distribution, and except for the total distribution cost contained in the objective function, the dissertation specifically sets the cargo damage cost into the model, considering the high timeliness characteristic of the easily decayed dairy. After the comparison of some arithmetic, the article chooses Genetic Algorithms (GA) to calculate the model and implements it in Turbo C, in order to validate the model and the arithmetic, it especially selects the distribution center location selection problem of Mengniu Dairy in Beijing district as the example for modeling, verifies the validity of the model and algorithm. This article for the dairy enterprise distribution center location and distribution network optimization provides an important theoretical basis and practical ideas.
