摘要: 为实现反鱼雷鱼雷武器系统(Anti-Torpedo Torpedo Weapon System,ATTWS)作战效能评估,根据ATTWS的特点,建立了ATTWS作战效能评估体系,提出了一种基于云理论的评估方法,利用云模型和转换函数对评估指标进行分析,提出用加权偏离域表示ATTWS状态,并评估ATTWS作战效能。算例及结果分析表明,该方法可行有效,较好地解决了ATTWS作战效能评估中的问题。

Abstract: In order to achieve the operational effectiveness evaluation for the Anti-Torpedo Torpedo Weapon System(ATTWS), considered the characteristics of the ATTWS, the operational effectiveness evaluation system of the ATTWS is established, and an evaluation method based on the cloud theory is proposed. The evaluation indexes are analyzed with the cloud model and the transition functions, and the weighting deviation interval is proposed to represent the state of the ATTWS and evaluate the operational effectiveness for the ATTWS. An example is given, and the analysis of the results show that this method is feasible and effective, and well solves the problems during the progress of the operational effectiveness evaluation for the ATTWS.
