软袋组合盖质量视觉检测系统研究

摘要: 针对软袋组合盖在实际生产过程中出现的胶塞缺失或压偏、内盖错位等问题,结合机器视觉检测技术设计了基于机器视觉的软袋组合盖质量视觉在线检测系统。该系统分为硬件系统和软件系统两个部分。硬件系统包括机械传动系统、电气控制系统、视觉成像系统。软件系统包括胶塞缺失、胶塞压偏的图像处理算法。通过实验证明了该算法的有效性和该系统的实用性。

Abstract: According to the problems of stopper is partial or loss and inner caps dislocation of combination of cover of soft bag infusion in practical production processing, the article combines with machine vision testing technology and designs the online detection system for quality of soft bag infusion based on visual machine. The system contains hardware system and soft system. The hardware system contains electrical control system, image processing and recognition system. The soft system contains the algorithm of stopper is partial or loss. It proves that the algorithm is effective and the system is useful through experiment.
