煤矿突发事件应急能力评价指标赋权方法

Weighting for disruption emergency capability in coal mine based on habitual domains theory

摘要: 为了加速煤矿突发事件应急管理机制的建设和提升煤矿突发事件应急能力,需对煤矿突发事件应急能力进行评价,以揭示煤矿企业应急管理不足之处。应用习惯领域理论提出了我国煤矿突发事件应急能力评价指标赋权方法,证明了处于平衡状态的领域的指标权重与控制系数及各指标的关联度有关。通过实例说明该模型确定煤矿突发事件应急能力评价指标赋权方法是可行的,并与传统赋权方法——AHP法和熵值法得到权重值进行比较分析,结果表明该赋权方法结果准确和可靠。

Abstract: In order to accelerate the construction of disruption emergency management mechanism and enhance disruption emergency competence in coal mine, it is necessary to evaluate disruption emergency competence in coal mine, so as to reveal the inadequacies of emergency management in coal mine. This article proposes a weighting method for disruption emergency competence in coal mine based on habitual domains theory, and proves that the index weight relates to the control coefficients and the degree of association. Finally, an example shows that it is feasible that the weighting method determines the weight of the evaluation index of disruption emergency competence in coal mine, the method is compared with the traditional weighting methods—AHP method and entropy weighted method, the results show that this method has accuracy and reliable evaluation results.
