Abstract: In view of missing data problem in seafood safety warning system, a method for filling the missing data is proposed. Currently, there are many ways using rough set to fill missing data, but many methods do not take into account the number of missing attributes for each object. With the method information missing data table is divided into two parts, complete and incomplete information table, and it is processed separately, attribute importance and the number of missing attribute are taken into account when filling the missing data. No missing data information table directly outputs. Experimental results show that the method can be used for seafood safety warning system to fill missing data.
