摘要： 工作流在实际应用中经常涉及到不同系统间的业务流程协作问题，以及由于业务突发变动而产生的动态适应问题。为了解决这两者问题，提出了一种结合跨组织和柔性工作流技术的工作流引擎设计方案。对已有的跨组织工作流技术和柔性工作流技术的相关研究成果进行了分析总结，在此基础上进一步设计了一种工作流模型，该模型既支持跨业务系统交互，同时也支持业务内部的流程动态变更。结合实际场景分析来阐述该模型的跨组织业务处理和业务动态变更机制的功能设计。以流程回退为例介绍该模型的原型实现。

Abstract: To resolve the matter of business process cooperation between different systems and the dynamic adaptive matter of process change which is made by some emergencies, this paper presents a blue print of workflow engine’s design which combines cross-organizational workflow and flexible workflow. The cross-organizational workflow and flexible workflow researches are summarized and analyzed. Then on the basis of this, a kind of workflow model supporting cross-organizational interaction and process dynamic adaptability is put forward. According to analysis of the actual scenes, this paper expounds the design of the cross-organizational support and mechanism of dynamic change and introduces the realization of this model based on the example of rolling back process.
