摘要: 为使空中交通管制系统能够记录相关景象数据,通过分析系统屏幕景象的特点,提出了利用动态标杆帧来快速定位差异帧,并利用小波变换提升算法来对标杆帧和差异帧进行高效无损压缩的方法。以该方法为指导设计了景象记录的方案,实验结果表明了该方案的可行性和优越性。

Abstract: In order to make the Air Traffic Control System record the corresponding data of the scene, the methods of the dynamic benchmarking frames are proposed to locate difference-frames quickly and the lifting scheme of the wavelet transformation is used to the efficient and lossless compression of the dynamic benchmarking frames as well as difference-frames by analyzing the features of the scene in the system. And then, the scene recording is designed under the guidance of the methods above. The experiments demonstrate the feasibility and superiority of the scheme designed.
