装配线生产节拍优化系统的研究与开发

摘要: 为了探讨装配线生产节拍的调整与工作站分配的关系,寻求最优生产节拍,使装配线达到最大的平衡率,以韩格逊-伯尼法、最大设定准则法、优先分配后续作业最多作业法和优先分配操作时间最长作业法为依据,运用PHP开发语言,开发了装配线平衡计算机辅助系统。该系统可遍历某一范围的生产节拍,得出平衡率最高的工作站分配方案。通过对某电冰箱厂装配线的优化分析,使其平衡率提高了10%以上,验证了该系统的可行性。该装配线平衡计算机辅助系统是有效的,可为教学和工厂装配线优化提供指导。

Abstract: The purpose is to discuss the relationship between cycle time adjusting and work station allocation, and find the optimal cycle time and maximum balance rate in the assembly line. It develops an auxiliary computing system of assembly line balance through using the PHP language, based on the following methods:Helgeson-Birnie, the maximum rules, the priority for the maximum subsequent unit, and the priority for the longest operating time. The system can find the optimal work station allocation that has the maximum balance rate, through doing an ergodic operation in an appropriate range of the cycle time. An illustrative example of a refrigerator factory verifies the effectiveness of the system. Implementation of the new scheme makes the rate of the assembly line upgrade over 10%. It comes to a conclusion that the system is effective and can offer guidance for teaching or assembly line improvement of factories.
