摘要: 在调研了济南市市政基础设施项目管理的业务需求的基础上,对济南市市政基础设施项目管理与决策支持系统进行了总体设计,提出了系统的总体架构模式、数据组织方式和功能设计方案。利用ESRI公司的组件式GIS平台ArcGIS Engine,结合各种专题模型组件,进行系统的集成开发。系统可方便地实现市政基础设施项目的空间化、可视化管理,提供空间分析和项目评价模型,从而使市政基础设施项目的管理与规划决策更为科学、快捷与准确。

Abstract: Through investigation of the business requirement of municipal infrastructure projects management in Jinan City, the Jinan municipal infrastructure projects management and decision-making support system are designed in this paper. It proposes the scheme of the overall system architecture model, data organization and functional design. The system combines ESRI’s comGIS platform ArcGIS engine with a variety of thematic model components. The system can realize visualization expediently in the management of municipal infrastructure projects, it also provides spatial analysis and projects evaluation model, which makes management and decision-making of municipal infrastructure projects more scientific, efficient and accurate.
