Abstract: By adding a new attribute parameter called nonmember ship function on fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set becomes a tool which can describe the “neither-nor” fuzzy conception. In order to improve the accuracy of decision-making, this text combines soft sets with intuitionistic fuzzy sets, constructs a new mathematical model, namely intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, and the properties are discussed.
