预应力锚索二次张拉拐点自动识别研究

摘要: 目前判断预应力锚索二次张拉中产生的拐点的主要方法是通过人工来估算拐点处的荷载和位移值。针对这个问题,通过分析二次张拉的物理特点,结合施工过程中外部因素对张拉数据的干扰特征,提出了拐点识别的数学模型和拐点识别的通用过程;提出了采用中位值平均滤波算法来过滤测量中的异常点,采用拉格朗日抛物插值算法来优化采样数据,最后通过计算得到拐点的精确数据。实验表明,通过提出的拐点识别方法可以快速定位拐点的位置,极大地提高了拐点识别的效率和准确度。

Abstract: Nowadays, the main method of judging the inflection point generated in the second pre-stressed tension of anchor rope is to estimate the tension and displacement of inflection point. To this issue, the article analyzes the physical characteristics of the secondary tension, removes the disturbance characteristics of external factors during the construction process. Bring up the mathematical model and the general process of inflection point identification. Propose to filter the exception points by the median average filtering algorithm, and optimize the sampling data by Lagrange parabolic interpolation algorithm, then calculate the accurate value of inflection point at last. The experiment result shows that it can locate the inflection point rapidly by this method, improving the efficiency and accuracy of the inflection point identification.
