y~n curve model of multi-scale denoising of gene expression in fetal cerebellum

摘要: 建立了基因芯片数据分析的y~n曲线模型,对人类胎儿脑发育过程中小脑组织基因表达基于y~n曲线模型小波多尺度10层分解与重构,在16种常用小波函数中,db7对基于y~n曲线模型的去噪效果最好,可用于小脑组织基因表达强度的多尺度分析。

Abstract: A model named y~n curve is established to analyze DNA microarray data,which is used to do 10-scale wavelet decomposition and reconstruction of cerebellum gene expression of developing human brain based on multi-scale analysis.Db7 is the best in the 16 commonly wavelet functions to be used to denoise the data and can be used for multi-scale analysis to gene expression intensity of cerebellum.
