摘要: 亚像素软件处理技术可以在一定程度上提高图像测量系统的精度,针对Zernike矩的亚像素边缘检测存在计算量大和边缘定位精度低等不足,提出了一种基于Roberts-Zernike矩的亚像素边缘检测方法,在提高精度的同时减少了运行时间。实验结果表明,该方法测量精度高、定位精确,具有良好的抗噪性能和处理效率。

Abstract: Subpixel algorithm is an effective method to improve the accuracy of edge location.With the consideration of the limitation of the subpixel edge detection algorithm by Zernike moments,such as the large amount of calculation and extracted wider edge than those of the original image,an improved method is proposed.The experimental results show that the locating accuracy and the amount of calculation time are significantly reduced.
