货车车轮踏面区域分割方法研究

摘要: 为了实现踏面损伤的定位,提出了一种基于自适应阈值平稳小波的货车车轮踏面区域分割算法。首先采用基于自适应阈值平稳小波边缘检测算法检测踏面候选边缘线。最后利用踏面边缘线搜索算法获取踏面区域。实验结果表明:基于自适应阈值平稳小波边缘检测算法能检测到完整踏面候选边缘线,踏面边缘线搜索算法实现了踏面区域的分割。因此,该方法是一种有效的踏面区域分割方法。

Abstract: In order to realize the location of tread damages,tread region segmentation algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the tread candidate edges are detected by edge detection algorithm based on adaptive threshold stationary transform.Finally,the tread region is obtained using tread edge lines search algorithm.The experimental results show that the whole tread candidate edges are obtained by the edge detection algorithm based on adaptive threshold stationary transform.The tread region segmentation is achieved.Therefore,the proposed method is an effective tread region segmentation method.
