摘要: 混合交通条件下,低速货运车辆的存在形成了道路上的移动瓶颈,移动瓶颈导致的时空资源损失随时间、空间都是动态变化,在降低了道路的通行能力和服务水平的同时,引发了严重的安全问题。分析了移动瓶颈理论的原理、应用及其发展历程,并提出了当前移动瓶颈理论的不完善之处和应用局限性,给出了移动瓶颈理论在我国的研究方向。

Abstract: The existence of slow trucks forms moving bottlenecks in road under mixed traffic condition.The time-space loss resulting from moving bottleneck changes dynamically.This brings reduction in capacity and level of service to road,accompanied with severe safety problems.The principle and application together with the development of moving bottleneck are analyzed.At last,the problem with moving bottleneck that should be accomplished is given.
