水声通信在隔水管监测系统中的应用与实现

Application and realization of underwater acoustic communication in riser monitoring system

摘要: 针对3 000米深水钻井隔水管监测系统的数据实时传输问题,设计了一种水声通信系统方案。从信号调制方式的选取、最佳载频的选取以及帧结构的设计等方面详细介绍了该通信系统方案,并给出整个系统工作流图。立足实际应用,采用C语言实现了通信系统中信号同步、信号解调、数据显示等关键技术,使得整个系统具有了实时监测、实时传输、实时显示的功能。通过消声水池试验和水库试验验证了该方案的可行性。

Abstract: For the problem of data transmission in real time which is from the drilling riser monitoring system in 3,000 m deep water,a scheme of underwater acoustic communication system is designed.This scheme is described in detail from the choice of signal modulation,the best selection of carrier frequency and the design of the frame structure,followed by which is the whole system work flow diagram.From the practical application,some key technologies in the communication system are realized with language C,such as the signal synchronization,the signal demodulation and the data displaying,which makes the whole system have the function of real-time monitoring,real-time transmission and real-time display.The anechoic water tank experiment and the reservoir experiment show that the whole system scheme is feasible.
