汽车安全气囊控制器测试验证平台设计与实现

摘要: 汽车安全气囊控制器设计过程中需要大量的碰撞数据来对其进行测试验证。针对实际碰撞实验代价过高、难以重复的缺点,设计了一种面向安全气囊控制器的测试验证平台。通过对实际碰撞曲线进行转换,调整时间、幅度等参数,设计输出与碰撞曲线一致的模拟加速度传感器;对多个模拟加速度传感器进行时间同步,加入故障模拟,构成模拟测试平台。实验表明,新的平台与现有方案相比,具有构建方便、可扩展性强和灵活度高等特点,能够很好地满足汽车安全气囊控制器开发过程中的各种测试验证需求。

Abstract: The designing process of airbag control system requires a lot of crash data to verify the correctness of the algorithm.The real collision is too expensive and difficult to repeatedly.For these reason,a platform for testing and validation of the airbag control system is designed.Through converting collision curve and adjusting the parameters such as the timing and magnitude,a simulated acceleration sensor whose output is the same with actual collision curves is designed.Through the synchronization of multiple analog acceleration sensors and adding the fault simulation,a testing and validation platform is implemented.Compared with the existed method,the platform in this paper is scalable and easy to build,and it is flexible to satisfy the variety needs of testing requirement during the development of airbag control system.
