摘要: 针对目前大多数体外诊断试剂浓度只能靠目测或半定量检测的问题,结合数字图像处理技术,提出了一种快速定量进行体外诊断试剂浓度检测的方法。通过对诊断试剂进行图像采集,运用边缘检测、Hough变换进行旋转校正,然后对图像进行分割、抗噪声等技术处理,提取样本图像信息,根据标准曲线计算诊断试剂浓度。实验结果表明,该方法具有稳定性和准确性。

Abstract: To solve the problem of most extrinsic diagnostic reagents can only be measured by eyes or semi-quantitatively,this paper introduces a rapid measuring method of density on extrinsic diagnostic reagents based on image processing.After capturing the image of diagnostic reagent,the technologies of edge detection and Hough transform are used to correct the rotation of the image,and the color information is extracted after image segmentation and image filtering.Then it calculates the density of the sample according to a given standard curve.Experiments show this method is effective and robust.
