摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对移民工程信息无法充分展示导致整个工程决策困难的问题，分析移民工程信息平台的需求，设计了基于3S的移民工程的信息化平台，并描述其中关键技术及功能模块。将此平台应用于引汉济渭工程。结果证明，该平台从时空上充分展示了移民工程的相关信息，较其他非3S信息化平台更透明、易操作、易决策，也为其他流域或地区移民工程信息化建设提供了示范与借鉴。

Abstract: Since immigration project information can not be displayed completely before，it is pretty difficult to make the decisions in water conservation and electricity project.In order to solve the problem this paper analyzes the needs of immigration project information platform，provides an immigration project informationization platform based on 3S，and describes its key technologies and functional module.The result is that this platform has demonstrated the related information of the immigration project fully both from the space and time.Compared with other non-3 informationization platform，this one is more transparent and easier to operate and make decisions.Therefore，it can be the model of other immigration project informationization construction.
