摘要: 使用PVC管搭建小体积矿井模型,根据监测监控理论,开发了矿井通风自动控制系统。解决了通风实验需要挖掘大面积地下巷道这一工程,大大节省了成本。将压差传感器和风速传感器以及风门执行器布置于模型适当位置,利用计算机控制技术实现了通风参数的信号采集以及可控风门的自动控制等功能。模型调试完成后,完成了矿井通风阻力测试、网络解算验证、通风网络调节以及角联结构分析等实验。采用Visual Basic编写的上位机软件,通过CAN-BUS总线采集压差和风速的模拟信号并输出风门角度控制模拟信号,实验取得了良好的效果。该系统的完成对于模拟实验以及矿井通风智能诊断研究具有极其重要的意义。

Abstract: Based on monitoring and control theory,the mine ventilation control system is developed by building a small volume of the mine model with PVC pipe.This system avoids a large area of underground tunnel excavating needed in ventilation experiments and makes significant cost savings.At first,it places the pressure sensors,wind speed sensors and throttle actuator at suitable locations in the model,then achieves the ventilation parameters of signal acquisition,as well as automatic control of throttle control and other functions through the computer control technology.After model debugging is finished,the mine ventilation resistance testing laboratories,the network solver verification experiment,ventilation network regulation experiments,as well as the diagonal structure analysis experiments have been completed step by step.The experiments of gathering analog signal of pressure and wind speed as well as outputting angle control signal of throttle have achieved good results,which is under the control of software with Visual Basic program language and transmit orders through CAN-BUS bus.The completion of the system is of great importance for the simulation experiment and intelligent diagnosis of mine ventilation.
