轮对纵向蠕滑率对动车传动系统振动的影响

摘要: 为了分析轮对在滑动工况下轮轨蠕滑率对动车传动系统振动的影响,讨论了轮对在滑动工况下的切向力模型,建立了从轮对到传动系统的等效简化数学模型,从理论上分析了轮轨间蠕滑率引起的传动系统扭转振动的非线性特性。数值仿真结果表明当轮对蠕滑率超过最佳蠕滑率情况下,传动系统会出现稳定的周期性扭转振动现象,并对该现象的影响因素进行了分析。提出通过增大等效扭转阻尼能够抑制传动系统周期性扭转振动的措施。

Abstract: To analyze the influence of transmission vibration caused by wheelset longitudinal slip,the tangential force models have been discussed on wheelset slip condition,simplified mathematical model has been established from wheelset to transmission.And the nonlinear characteristic of torsional vibration of transmission caused by slip rate is analyzed theoretically.Numerical simulation results show that periodical phenomenon of the transmission torsional vibration appears when the slip rate exceeds the best slip rate.The factors influencing this torsional vibration have been analyzed.The results suggest that periodical torsional vibration of transmission can be suppressed by increasing the equivalent damp.
