求解入侵检测问题的量子免疫算法

摘要: 将量子算法应用于入侵检测的检测器生成过程,提出了一种基于量子免疫原理的检测器生成算法来求解入侵检测问题。算法的基本思想是通过学习自体模式,训练出具有多样性高的抗体,然后用于真实数据的检测。采用kddcup99数据进行仿真实验,用5 000条正常网络连接训练抗体集,将所有攻击数据分类和部分正常数据一起对QIDA的性能做全面测试,仿真结果表明该算法比其他方法更加有效。

Abstract: This paper proposes a new detector generating algorithm,called a Quantum-Immune-inspired Detecting Algorithm(QIDA),which is based on the concept and principles of quantum computing,to deal with intrusion detection problem.The basic idea of the algorithm is to train a high diversity of antibody through self-learning mode firstly,then for real network data detection.All the training and testing datasets are based on the kddcup99 intrusion evaluation data sets.The simulation results show that the new algorithm is more efficient than other methods.
